First, you need to run the patch from Microsoft that closes the security hole that the worm used to enter your computer so that you cannot catch it again. If your computer gives you the option to open or run the file or to save it, be sure to choose the "open" or "run" option. If you are shown a security warning, choose "Yes" to allow Windows to install the file. You are encouraged to install this patch even if you do not have the kak/worm right now so that your computer will be protected if you were to receive an infected message in the future.

The second step is to actually remove the kak/worm from your computer. To do this, you need to run the KAK Cleaner program. Again, choose to "open" or "run" the file if presented with a choice between opening and saving the file. Again, click "Yes" if you are presented with any type of security warning so that Windows can run the cleaner program.
