Outlook XP
 

Click on the Start Menu and open Microsoft Outlook
Click on the Tools menu bar and goto Email Accounts.



Click on the Add New Email and then Click the Next Button



Choose pop3 and then click "Next"



Fill in all the required information

Click on more settings and make sure "my outgoing server requires authentication" is checked.  Depending on whether we provide mail or you provide mail - your setting may change slightly.



Click Finish
